B. Luke Polen

Luke Polen joined First Bankers’ Banc Securities, Inc. in 2017 as an Investment Officer who helps assist banks in MO, KS, IA and NE in bond portfolio management, investment ideas, swap analysis, ALM, and more. Luke was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2021.

Luke’s previous experience in the financial industry includes lending, bank operations and information technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. In 2018, Luke graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.
